Randy did a fantastic job tuning our piano. We don't use it as often as we should, and he took the time to explain the issues when you don't use it often and how to prevent the movement from becoming stiff. Arrived on time, was careful with the piano and all our keepsakes around it, and left us with a beautifully tuned piano. Highly recommend.
