I met Randy when I was in the process of selecting a piano to resume my skills after a long break, and he provided valuable guidance in selecting the right piano. From there, our relationship continued with Randy performing various tasks such as voicing and regulation. I feel my piano is custom configured to fit my exact standards and Randy listens to my needs and sets up the piano to fill those needs. I feel fortunate to have Randy working on my piano.
