Not friendly at all, I called to address a problem on behalf of my mom, about the bill that was supposed to be paid on the 10th my mom had proof that she had been calling since the 5th!!! No answered calls !! When I did get an answer and explained my situation, problem, and how I felt,I got hung up on and she told me she was eating lunch and a sign was on the door and it was not! I’m reviewing on behalf of myself and not my mom but I am Highly disappointed because as a customer who is renting from them and handles most of my moms business she told my mom that she did not want to talk to me anymore!!! I totally understand business, and how things are ran but no lunch signals were posted when I called and made my complaint. And the only thing I said was I did not feel it was right for my mom to have to pay a late fee when she had been reaching out with NO ANSWER THREE OR FOUR DAYS PRIOR!!!!!! WITH PROOF BUT THEY SHOWED NO SYMPATHY simply because she thought I was being rude and I was not!!! Side note: sometimes my mom can’t come, or be the one to call and I’m her only child to handle her business!!! That leaves the question will I not be served?? Simply because the owner was having a bad day and didn’t acknowledge their wrongs, nor apologize!!! And to be labeled as a “RUDE ONE A YEAR” I’m never rude you took my delivery wrong, I’m a business owner so as you are, at the end of the day, when time came I apologized for my delivery but all your proof did not add up!!!! I’m speaking on behalf of myself and not my mom !!! But you were very rude!! Even when I showed proof and apologized! You even told my mom that you did not want to talk to me no more!!!

This establishment is not the best. They have wood floors and they're smaller units some of these force have holes in them. Some of these fours are also very weak. I was not aware that it did not have concrete floors which may or may not be my own fault but either way is not the best to store your belongings. The only way you're getting a good floor to put your stuff on top of is if you pay for the bigger units. They would not give me a refund so that I could go to another storage business. Well not paying that extra dollars to get a good four when they should have good floors all of their units. It's not worth your $70 you can pay $70 somewhere else and have your belongings be in a good storage unit building. Do not waste your money at this place don't even swap your card once
