A-1 Approved Veteran's Moving

Had used this company 2 previous times with no issues, until just recently. Had scheduled a move 3 months in advance. Got a confirmation call the night before my move just to verify all required information. Next morning about an hour before my scheduled time he cancelled. Gave me a lame excuse that he had nobody to help. Gave me no option for next day just dropped the ball and said sorry like it was no big deal. My recommendation is don't waste your time even calling this company for any moving needs.

30 minutes late, would only schedule am, said pm too hot. 1st issue, I had to run to Uhaul to get wardrobe boxes, when I got back all 3 employees where sitting in front if my apt. doing nothing, said my mother told them they would have to waite for me to return. Boss/Ownet told me that I couldn't fill my new wardrobe boxes, so my trip to Uhaul to purchade them was a waiste if my time. Boss/owner threatened to leave at least a half dozen times, even after hehad my furniture and belonging loafed inhis old Uhaul truck. He was very unprofessional! Complained that I was late several times. I went to the store, my mother was there. On the way to the new apt. we passed them on theeexpressway exit, which is 1/4 mile from new apt. They didn't show up for 45 more minutes andclaimed that tbeir transmission in their old Uhaul truck had gone out. Boss/owner threatened to take my belonging out and leave them all on the lawn! I toldhim I would call the police. They unloaded the truck, half if my new Christmas tree is gone, a large blue pladtic tote, missing, they broke my bed frame and lost a part toy mother's bed frame. My number 1 worst move!
