BEWARE..... payed. Big..big..bucks..to move me....they. quit on me 2...put stuff in my garage...2 different days...had to bring stuff in my house...had to move stuff in my car a couple trips cause they didnt .load the truck completely..I even gave a mover a complete pool table..hoping they would move me completely.. That didnt happen.. Many ..many ..things ..broke..many.owner never returned calls.. nice guys...payed for thier lunch.also.. . Never made it.

Worthless company. They only had one employee that was worth every dollar he made

While there were issues, the owner eventually contacted me and made things right. Where to start? We hired AmeriGo despite them not being the cheapest because the assessor/estimator seemed professional. After that, they messed up the date of the move and underestimated the time required to move out of the house by nearly 2 days. They delayed the move in of the new homeowners whose stuff was also in a moving truck. Several of our items were soaked by rain due to a damaged truck. Among other things, they broke a custom bookcase and an antique (100+ years) chair. When I contacted them to address this (insurance is part of the contract) and to see if they had a preferred repair shop, they (Amanda) claimed a check was in the mail. There was no explaination of what the amount was or what it was based on. Unsurprisingly, the check never arrived. I contacted them again and was told by Amanda that “Jess” was who handled that and that she was unavailable. I requested a call back which never came. I assume Jess is also the person posting positive reviews for Amerigo. Ultimately, I expect I’ll have to take them to court. So, in short, don’t hire them. They’re irresponsible, they don’t take care of your stuff, and they duck and avoid you when you try to follow up on it.

Amerigo came last minute, same day, within hours of our call and saved the day. They hustled the entire time and never complained, very respectful and hard workers. Thankful for their service and highly recommend!

AmeriGO did an absolutely outstanding Job, Jes was amazing and fabulous as was her team of professional movers and packers. They moved us from Georgia to MT, and even with some extreme weather conditions, Jes and her team were able to think of solutions. Jim also did a FaceTime video walk through when we showed him what we had to move and this was fast and efficient. This is the second time we have used this company to move and will always request them, they are wonderful, professional and extremely helpful. Our estimates were 100% accurate, they did an absolutely fabulous job. Jes and her father were the absolute best and so were the team of professional movers and drivers. We are forever grateful to Jes, James, Jim and the rest of the team!! We had the best moving experience with our moves thanks to these outstanding and professional people.
