Had an amazing experience with the three ladies who did our military pack out on November 20, 2024. They were efficient, throughout the whole process. I wish they would have did my previous pack out as those people were ridiculous. Keep up the great work and again thank you.

We had a fantastic experience with this company. They delivered our military household goods. And this was by far the best moving crew we have ever had. They had a large crew ready to work and knocked this out rather quickly. Every single staff member was so kind! They provided assembly of several items and did an amazing job. The crew was led by Mr. Mike and I just cannot thank that team enough! Thanks for making this one of the least stressful military deliveries we have ever had! We appreciate you!

So many issues with this company it’s a shame the military uses them. They lost pieces to put our bedframe together that was not even a month old, and tried to have an attitude with us when we stated we had no idea how they went missing… we weren’t allowed to pack anything?
They packed things in the most random spots, took a car kit with jumper cables from our garage and stuffed my nice kitchen utensils in it. We had been looking for this stuff for weeks, had we not needed to jump a friends car it easily would have been a year before we found these things. And stuffing my NICE kitchen belongings in a dirty bag that was in our garage? unacceptable. They don’t want to take accountability for their movers throwing things everywhere.
We had requested a large amount of wardrobe boxes for our clothes.. did they use them? Nope… took all of our clothes and STUFFED them into our tv center drawers to the point the drawers wouldn’t open when we received them. When bringing this up to the contact of the company she stated that this was unacceptable and they definitely shouldn’t have done this.. next email she’s saying they did nothing wrong. Request a new pack and load company if you get assigned them.
