We had two great moving teams! So professional, courteous, on time, efficient and friendly!! Have used them before and will definitely use them again.

I was really looking forward to using A-1 for my upcoming move as my friend had used their services last year and had a great experience. I submitted a request for a quote online and received an email with some information. Per the email's instructions, I called their office to ask some follow-up questions. The man who answered seemed friendly at first, but as I asked some clarifying questions, his tone and words became more and more condescending and aggressive to the point of me just having to hang up mid-conversation. My questions were specifically around the statement in the quote that said 'You would receive $100 worth of new moving supplies with the move.' I was trying to find out if these supplies would be included in the hourly rate or if this would be an extra $100 added to the bill at the end. I had read another review with a negative experience around being surprised by the moving supply cost, so I wanted to make sure I understood this beforehand. After this experience, I will be looking elsewhere for help with my move.

Andy, Joe and Brian were friendly, efficient, careful, helpful, pleasant and professional. Joel in the office was great to work with. I have moved about 14 times. A-1 has moved me twice and is the best! Nothing was broken or damaged.

I was very happy with A-1 moving. Dave and Derrick did a great job moving all my furniture items. They worked fast, efficiently and carefully to get the job done.

I’ve finally unpacked my last box from when I hired this crew five years ago. I finally unpacked my last box and am happy to report they were very careful and not a single item was damaged from a cross-country move. The crew was exceptional and I only wish I could hire them again for my next move.
