the staff is good but the hours are terrible. need 6am to 10pm to make it convenient AND make it less complicated to take elevator up to unit .. now is: hit elevator button, wait till it arrives and door opens, go the key pad for that particular elevator, put in your code, get in as quickly as possible or u have to do the whole process again...

Not recommended if you don't like parties during the weekend. Also the price increases every 8 months. Especially now that a new building is added.

Beware - 'Annual' increases are at 10 months and not 12.
The online 'in-store' rate is NOT offered to existing customers.
The $12 a month insurance is NOT mandatory as I was told, but waived if you have Business or Home Owner Insurance.
Lastly, on the A-1 website, the A-1 Reviews (not google) do NOT show dissent, (try it yourself) but only those that praise A-1. umm, I wonder why?

Call/Ask and they will tell you they are ANNUAL. Problem is that it is a LIE. (Last 3 years were at 10 months. Do not believe me - Call, ask, then challenge. But whatever you do get it in writing. After Web Special 2019 Move-in - rate increased to $146 Sept 2020 then to $219 April 2023. Thats a 50% Increase in 3 rate increases. I give permission for A-1 to post ALL my rates and increase dates here to refute my facts. Will we all hear crickets?
