The staff was helpful and friendly and the facility is clean.

I have loved A1 Storage because the storage areas are clean, safe, and they have long operating hours, open until 10 pm every night. I started renting from A1 Storage in Huntington Beach (A) --> Cypress(B) --> La Habra (C), and it has been 17 years now. The most amazing thing is that since most of their business associates in each store are long-lasting employees, I can talk about a manager from office A or B with the manager from office C, as they know everyone who works at each office. When I asked Maliza, who became the new manager of the Cypress office, about the previous manager, Irene, she said that Irene had moved to Huntington Beach. And when I asked the same question to Britney, who was the manager at La Habra, she also knew about Irene.

I could talk about all the previous managers who worked at each office where I rented in the past since they worked at A1 for a long time. That means the company has treated them well, and so each manager has treated me well. All the managers I interacted with at A1 Storage have been very friendly, sweet, considerate, and professional. Thanks to Maliza, the manager of the Cypress office, Britney, the manager of the La Habra office, and Irene, now she became the new manager of the Huntington Beach office. They are all wonderful people!

Their long-hour operation at the storage area is truly beneficial for me. So any reason I have to move to another storage, it must be A1 !

A1 La Habra is so well run. The manager, Brittni, made the entire experience so easy. We were flying from the East Coast and were not sure if we had the right key. Brittni went to the unit and took a pic of the lock as well as a pic of what the keys look like so we could see if we had them. She was very responsive and made the process easier than I expected.
The facility is very clean and easy to navigate. Thank you Brittni! You were a pleasure to work with.

Love how easy it is to do everything online, then it takes five whole minutes in the office to get your space and code. Have used this location four or five times in the last ten years The clean facility, helpful staff, and convenient hours make storing what you need to a lot less stressful. Because let’s face it, a lot of times we need places like this because we’re in a pinch. A-1 storage has come through for me in those pinchy times!!
