Had to find a storage unit while my wife and I were moving so I was looking for something inexpensive and quick. Was totally blown away with the experience! Susan helped get us all set up quick and easy. She gave us a full tour and I was surprised at how clean the facility was. Seeing how clean the facility was really made us feel safe about leaving are things here since it was obvious they cared about their facility. Everytime we had to come in Susan and Maria were happy to help and were super friendly. It was nice to have them help us out and answer any questions we had. We had found a great facility with friendly staff at an amazing price. I was worried that closing my account would be a hassle or a nightmare. But Maria and Susan were wonderful and helped us get everything squared away. The whole experience was enjoyable. If I ever need a storage unit again, I'll check out A-1 storage first!
