I've been renting from A-1 Self storage El Monte for over 2 years now and i have to say their customer service is always above and beyond! With everything increasing in price i contacted them to see if they could do an online price match for me or if i qualified for any deals or promotions. I really didn't want to find another place to rent from because Susan and Maria are absolutely wonderful! Susan is always a pleasure to interact with and was so helpful with the online price match. She showed me multiple options and found me a unit super close to my old one so moving would be easier for me. She walked me through the process of transferring units and credited me my remaining balance towards my new unit. If you're looking for a self storage i highly recommend this location!

Purchased a unit here not too long ago. Perfect space! Came in with my boss for our unit and the office and property was pretty sanitary. Can't go wrong at this storage company.
