Great customer service and great prices!!!

The facility is clean, the staff is very attentive and friendly.
If I was eating solely on that then I would give 5 stars.
I’m giving 3 stars because I could almost never get a cart.
I do most of my storage related stuff in the evening or weekends. The office is closed do they don’t have carts available.
On the days I did show up during office hours then there was a mad dash to get carts seems like they need a few more for facilities this size.
Last, the elevators. Those doors do NOT want to stay open. This is a storage facility! People need more than 2 seconds to get in and out.
I was even trying to hold the door so I can push my stuff through (because I couldn’t find a cart)
The elevator was closing its doors if I was there or not.
If I was a little old lady it may have hurt her.
So if you rent at THIS facility you may want to take your own hand-cart and a crowbar to keep the doors open.

Nifty place to stash the debris of time.
