I would give them no starts if I could. Renters beware!! Nice does not equal trust worthy. My storage unit was broken into and I was deceived. Many items were stolen and the thief got away with it.
The manager kept very important information from me. Well more like lied to me. Make sure no one sees what you are storing.
When our unit was broken into and property was stolen they called us the next day. Why wait! What is there to hide? I should not have to visit every weekend to check my unit. We entrusted our property to the facility to be safe from damage and theft. That is why we are paying the $12 extra to insure our property. You should have cameras in every floor to deter theft. We should have been offered a year of free storage. Bad business model to hide the truth. Bad experience!!! We were offered way less than what the property was worth about 50% less. Warning⚠️ property might get stolen.
