Had the best experience and actually rented a space then and there. The attendant was very professional and she helped us with all questions. We were just looking for the moment but she took the liberty of asking us if we wanted to see any units now. We were happy to look as she offered so quickly. Thanks again!

Very easy and straightforward. The staff are very polite and are always there to answer any questions I have. The storage area is always very clean. Plenty of carts to move your belongings around.

This place is a complete rip off. Do not store your stuff here unless you want to see your rates raised every year by about $40 each time. Before you know it, you are paying $475 a month for one non-climate controlled unit. Every year they claim “market conditions” cause them to raise their rates, but never tell you what market conditions. It is all a greedy money grab with this place. For those of you like me who already rent units there, get out now cause their rates will just continue to go up every year until you are basically paying another mortgage to them just to store your stuff. I cannot warn anyone looking for storage enough, DO NOT GO HERE! I promise you will regret it.

Very immaculate facilities with great security. Very convenient, and I could ask for nothing better. Highly recommended. Storage fees are going up all around but A1 in Lakeside is worth the price.

I promised Rob (the general manager) I'd do this because I love to procrastinate, so here it is. Anyways, I needed an affordable storage unit earlier this month and reserved a space at this location in Surprise the same day in less than ten minuets. I then received a personal email from Rob with all the details of my rental, including a detailed map of the property, which was very helpful. Move-in was stress free, and the property was so clean. I couldn't have asked for a better exerience. The rates are also extermely affordable!
