Your representatives went above and beyond standard customer service and it was appreciated. I was called at the onset and help offered. When I determined I would not need your service after all, I treated courteously and respectfully as they cheerfully closed out my request. Should I be in need of a storage facility in the future A-1 Storage is my go to place. Great job you guys!

Staff is friendly and the storage area is super clean. Carts are provided and there are elevators to the upper floors. Do wish the third floor was also air-conditioned, it can get hot and stuffy up there!

So professional when I signed up, the place is super clean, well lit, and they use keys! No goofy locks that only work with an app.

Lydia and Joe were amazing. Challenging time. Held my hand through the whole process. Very wonderful people and their gates work beautifully!

Great place for storage. Super great people, can't say enough about the staff and managers. The location is clean, secure, and convenient.
