I used this facility to store my household goods while I deployed and a little bit after as I got settled in Texas. The customer service experience was always painless, the facility itself is well kept, and the freight elevator makes moving things in and out of the upper floors an absolute breeze. Plus the ease it was to move out when I vacated the unit made it so much less stressful than moving your life across the country already is.

I did have some mold on a few of my items while in storage, but that stuff was very easily cleaned off and added, in total, an extra 10 minutes to my move out time since it was only on a small number of items. I'd recommend putting in some dehumidifying stuff in your unit to help avoid that same issue.
