These guys have the same racket going as Public Storage. $10 rate increase after 6 months, then a 30% rate increase a year later. I chatted with a manager to knock it down to a 15% increase but that’s still an extra $31 out of my pocket every month after 18 months on a 7x10. Late and lien fees are also ridiculous and could cost upwards of 50% of the monthly rent. Parking situation near elevators is a nuisance as tenants often park too close to the barriers to allow carts to roll through. Nonetheless, I’m very appreciative of the kind and helpful service staff, always available to assist customers. Kudos to you guys! Sorry for the rant but there should really be more rate increase controls in place to protect consumers. I’ve seen far too many people over the past few years have all their belongings taken and sold at auction because they couldn’t keep up with the rising costs.

Easy rental online. they had all my paperwork ready when I got there. We did an inspection of space and she gave me a quick tutorial of how the code and locks work. Carts are available for free to move items with no hassles. Recommend this place.

The team is friendly. Manuela was helpful and showed us a unit that will work well as our storage.
