Moved a bunch of production equipment from Jersey to STL. Jeremy was great. Expedient and super professional. Would highly recommend.

Customer service is non existent. I have called the owner several times and sent text messages and emails to discuss a move for my elderly father as they did not take all the items they were supposed to as confirmed on the inventory. We had to pay someone else to move those items. And, no basic moving supplies, hand truck or tools. Fragile items and the mattress were not covered in moving blankets and the mattress was FILTHY upon arrival at the destination. My dad was charged. Elder abuse.

Do NOT...I repeat, DO NOT hire this company. I only say this to save someone else the unprofessionalism and overcharges from A & A Movers. I have moved several businesses as well as residential moves many times in the past few years, and this company is a dishonest and illegal racket! They gave me a quote based on an exact inventory I provided as per their requirement. They assured me of staying within this budget that I gave them. On the day, the workers hung out in the truck, texted all day, were rude, complained of being tired, layed down on my floor, bashed their manager and said the company itself was not run well. The cables and equipment they moved me with broke as well. I called the manager/owner 3 times during the move and no one returned my calls to discuss my issues. I was then charged without my approval or signature DOUBLE my quote. PLEASE do not use this business.....or at least be very warned.

Got everything out fast & was professional

Solid carrier with very good customer service. Trucks and equipment in top shape. Professional and courteous drivers. Flexible in time of need.
