Great people had no problems in all the years i stored with them.

Getting the unit over the phone was challenging. Many times we called there was no answer. Then when they called back the call quality was bad due to cell service in their area. Then when we finally did start getting it set up over the phone, there were children making noise in background needing the attention of our service representative. So it took numerous attempts to get it arranged.
Once we got everything set up and got to our unit, it was filthy. There were thousands of crickets in the unit plus a bunch of huge black widows and varieties of other spiders. We had to sweep out and kill a lot of insects and get rid of all the spider webs. We expected to find a clean unit and it wasn't.

My things feel very secure here, billing is on time and easy, staff is friendly, true 24 accessibility, fast to respond to any issue's, fair pricing, timed lights, electrical outlet availability, free air machine for tire's, solid building materials, nice new concrete without cracks or gravel

I have had a unit here for 3 years and the only issue I had was resolved with a 2 minute phone call. Thank you for letting me keep my stuff here
