Not sure you meet the criteria to receive it back since you only stayed with us two weeks and we ask for a two week notice to receive your deposit back. That being said looks like we dropped the ball in our communication with you so since I am unaware of your circumstances and what was communicated at time of your move in since we have no documented notes, I went ahead and refunded your deposit. Greatly apologize for not taking care of this sooner that is where we truly failed and thus another reason you deserve your deposit back. Not the way we like to treat our tenants, we try to be very communitive and like I said we obviously dropped the ball in numerous cases with you.

Thank you for your business and staying with us and hopefully if you ever need RV or Boat storage again you will give us a second chance!

You never failed; you all took care of business.... Many a time I do things on impulse, most of the time it works out but many times it doesn't. I changed my mind on the storage space. I ended up making space for the RV at home and didn't realize the paperwork involved to get the deposit back and that it would take time to figure out...You were great at handling the issue professionally and orderly.. I would definitely recommend the place .. Thank you ! Doug

This place has very good customer service and great security. Dumping stations for your gray tank as well as your black tank.
