It was easy to rent the unit. Anytime I had a question, she was able to help me and if I had to leave a message because it was after hours, she returned my call promptly the next morning. Closing out was quick also.

Initially I worked with Shadia. She was always so polite and helpful and took her time. And answered every single question I had. Then I dealt with Linda and she also provided this same level of customer service. Today excellent customer service is very hard to come by. I’m so I’m impressed that a storage unit takes this much care to have capable and solicitous staff. I would HIGHLY recommend A-Affordable Self Storage. Kathy
