Storage facility heist in March, 2024. Twenty units were burglarized over a two day period. There ARE NO SECURITY CAMERAS WORKING -FOR 2 years even though they advertise them. Clearly the managerial foot patrol isn't in place either or this large two day heist would have been discovered.. No apologies- either from the surly young staff in Dacono or headquarters in CA.
This place is not secure and if they tell you it is, they are lying. BEWARE!!!! I am forced to give it one star in order to post this- but actually they deserve negative stars.
I cannot stress enough the potential danger to you of storing your items here. There is NOT the security that advertise- no cameras working, no person on premises and no 'walking the beat' to make certain everything is secure. It's a lie and because of their lies a 15 unit heist took place over a two day period in March 2024. Nothing was recovered and no help from personell or their headquarters in Los Angeles CA. BEWARE !!!! and store your things some other place.
