Joann was so helpful after I tried to get a storage unit from Public Storage near by. The door was locked and no one was there but people waiting outside. So I called A-American Self Storage and I came over quickly and Joann got me what I needed. She got me the best rate. I appreciate all that she does to make sure the customer is happy and satisfied.
I just wished people didn’t just leave the carts on the street. Please leave it in the storage building! Haha ?
