Very prompt on delivery and removal

Highly pleased with A-Box. Their Boxes are very well built with a light and a place to plug power into it. You do not know how life saving it is until you are loading or unloading in the dark. The driver was wonder and nice. Worked very hard to make sure the box was right where we wanted it. I will use them again. You will not be displeased.

Horrible company! go elsewhere! I would give them a negative rating if I could. Belongings ruined due to their leaking box - their response was they have no liability because they don't have access even though they maintain the boxes. The owner couldn't even be bothered to respond, just had the poor people that work for him be the bad guys. Water damage to all items in the box that rested on the floor of the box mattresses, wood furniture, living room couch and chair, golf clubs. Go elsewhere, I beg you!!

This is the worst company! Don’t use them! Customer service is horrible! First he answered the phone saying “ A Box Storage, What’s Up?” I shouldn’t had took the serious then.... Then after taking my online payment with their online service, he tells me it will be more and he was so rude!!!” Please go elsewhere if you care about how your treated!!!! Plus I should had read the other reviews before even booking with them!
