Unfortunately I had a terrible experience.
The owner contacted me as his colleague referred the move. I thought since I was dealing with the owner that I was in good hands. Not the case
He sent 2 guys that were very young & did what they wanted to do instead of what was agreed
I got no bubble wrap on fragile items , no shrink wrap on sectional, charged $70 extra for 7 pads & they didn’t use any of the free pads that were allotted in the cost that might have protected my printer the head mover knocked over in his haste. They were so slow to pack & we’re in a hurry @storage.. there is no logic to the way they unloaded & stored. Then had to deal with building management complaints as they left tape on door handles & walls throughout the building.
Will never recommend as the owner refuses to take accountability for his crew.
An apology would have gone a long way Ward!
