Don’t even know where to start. Just going to cut our losses and move on. Do not use this company... at ALL. They just want your money . They’ll make your quote sound amazing at first then screw you over. We ended up paying almost 3k more over our estimated costs. We’re still waiting on our furniture after 20 days and they’re now saying it “might be 5 more days” after not hearing from them.

Save your coins , go with uhaul or something.

I had a short term potential move and was assured by Christopher Hanes that if I decided to not to move with them in the next year the $100 fee would be immediately refunded. I called to cancel the move before the original move date and had to leave a message. When I returned from vacation I had 5 calls asking when my move would be and when I returned the call was informed I couldn't cancel via phone, to send an email. I did the email as requested and was informed that my $100 fee would not be refunded because it was after the projected first move date. I would give this company a 0 if I could.

Do NOT hire this company. They sent movers out who first tried to double the price quoted for the move. Then they indicated my goods were 'fully covered' when I asked if my motorcycle and goods would be fully covered for replacement if damaged. I asked them to take care that two of my items were high theft items, they said not to worry. Both items 'disappeared' and never delivered. I told the driver that I would be at my destination the next day and asked when my goods would be delivered and was told it would take about a week. It took over a month, the movers arrived at midnight, unloaded my boxes that were not only wet/soaked, but wrapped in plastic as if they tried to protect them after the fact. Some of the contents were no longer usable, some were broken. My 75 inch TV was crushed where someone apparently tried to move it by grabbing it with two hands. When I filed my claim I was told I was only covered for 60 cents per pound!!! The form the movers had me sign (quickly, saying I was fully covered), was incomplete, but the fine print said I was only covered for 60 cents per pound (bait and switch?). That means my 600 lb Harley Davidson, $20,000 motorcycle would have only been covered for $360...what kind of nonsense is that? Bottom line was that they offered less than $65 for my $800 TV that they broke during delivery, no compensation for my missing dolly and ladder, let alone the other items rendered ruined. I asked only that they cover my TV...they stuck to their guns and said the paper only required 60 cents per pound. DO NOT GET FOOLED BY THESE CROOKS!!!!! They are unprofessional, irresponsible, and a bunch of liars!

Do not and I repeat do not use these people!! They are scam artists. They moved me from NY to Florida. I had my furniture stored in their storage facility for 2 months before I finished my move. From the very start they lied about where my items would be stored and on the day of the move they inflated my price by $1000. To make a long story short, they stored my items in new jersey instead of Florida as I was told. All of my furniture was ruined by water, obviously stored in a room that wasn't climate controlled. My entire bedroom set was destroyed. Im talking broken dresser draws, wood broken off etc. Now 6 months later im trying to file an insurance claim with their carrier and A&M has yet to provide the pictures that they have of the damage. Im talking Thousands of dollars in damage and the insurance carrier wants to settle with $248.50. They refuse to call me back after several calls regarding this. I trusted this company with my move and they totally botched it up. I now have to spend more money to replace my fairly new furniture. BEWARE! DO NOT USE THEM!!
