I shipped a variety of furniture and boxes to my son in Lubbock from New Orleans. Joe Diamond was the Maloney agent that handled my shipment. He was very responsive, gave me a good price and handled all of the details over the phone and by text. He kept me informed of the status from beginning to end. The pick up of the furniture was right as scheduled and was professionally handled by four very nice guys. The shipment arrived at the destination within the original estimate and the driver contacted me 24 hours out and then again 3 hours out so I could prepare my son to receive the shipment. The driver arrived within an hour of his estimate and unloaded everything without any problems. Overall this was an excellent experience for me and my son and I would not hesitate to recommend Maloney and I would definitely use them again for my interstate moving needs.

Friendly staff. Delivered a trailer load of furniture all stacked on the floor and they got me unloaded in under 3 hours. Way quicker than the 8 hours it took to get loaded. Thanks for the professionalism. You can park overnight on the street and they do have a restroom available while your getting unloaded.

Moving is never fun but Joe Diamond from Maloney was extremely helpful in the process. We moved from Louisiana out of state and Joe spent the time and effort to give me an accurate quote so there were no surprises when my shipment showed up. Communications were prompt and regular through the whole process and overall he provided great customer service. Would use them again in my next move and recommend for anyone moving in Louisiana.
