Lied about the rental price and it keep going up every month

Was dropping a truck off at this location for uhaul and the old lady working inside was mad we were standing outside doing the return on our phones, said we were reasoning hell but clearly she was having a bad day, when I walked into the office all the lights were off and her dog was in there too. I think she was napping when I came in, that’s probably what set her off. But I do not recommend doing business here with such rude staff.

Nice storage facility. They have plenty of cameras and even climate control.
