Steve was great through the entire process of renting a storage unit. He explained various sizes and availability, and basically how the rental policy worked from a payment & timing standpoint. When I came back the next day , he quickly went through the necessary paperwork and walked me down to the unit, took off their lock, displayed the 'clean condition' of the unit and directed me to put my lock on. I don't think the whole process took 15 minutes, and there was never a hard sell. I got exactly what I needed!
