The lady in the office was friendly and helpful.

Cons are
No security; front gate is always open. One of the doors to the climate controlled building was unlocked most of the time I was there. The code pad was broken and anyone could open the door and go in. They have a junkyard/dump out back, so people are dumping mysterious construction debris with who knows what in it. This is making the place look dumpy.
Plowing/salting in the winter wasn’t a priority for a while when I was there. The entrance into Western ave as you are leaving can get slick so that can be dangerous. Seemed this past winter they made it more of a priority to plow/salt early in the morning. Would be nice if someone shoveled the snow in front of the climate controlled building entrances that the plows would leave behind.
Pros are
Great office staff. Always return calls and are very timely with matters.
Very fair on pricing for units.
24 hour access anytime of the day.
