3 day delay which cost me hundreds of dollars.

I called to get a quote for help loading a uhaul truck. I needed 2 people for 2-3 hours. The lady I spoke with would not listen to what I needed and insisted that I needed 3 people to move a small couch with motor recliners. I tried to explain to her that it would not take 3 people to move it as it is a smaller sofa not much bigger than a loveseat. She proceeded to tell me that she would not book any less than 3 people at $229/hr for a minimum of 3 hours. She said that she could book a bigger move instead of mine making me think that mine wasn’t as important as a someone with a bigger move. She was very rude and unprofessional. I even suggested that someone could come out and look at it to see that only 2 people were needed. I also wrote a review on Facebook only to have her daughter comment and try to bash me. These people should not be in customer service. I heard from the person who recommended them and she said the owner is super nice but the lady you have to deal with on the phone is rude. Do not recommend.

I was in the Army several years. Moved overseas and back and they are the best I have seen. Caring for items as if they are there own.

They were fabulous! They wrapped everything to ensure nothing broke or got scarred. The movers were very nice and polite. They even set up out dining room table. I'll absolutely use them again!
