Terrance, Jeremiah, Dante, Steve were the movers who completed my move. They were so helpful, extremely careful with the all of the furniture. They were courteous and kind and put everything where it belonged.

Estimate/quote: 5 stars. Rob was fantastic. Even came back to adjust his quote after we’d consolidated our stuff. Super responsive to email questions and made further updates to our inventory and quote before move day. Was probably the biggest reason we went with A-Mrazek, along with reading all the great reviews.

Move itself: 4.5 stars. Provided used boxes, paper, and tape from their office for free, which was a nice bonus. Movers were nice, efficient, on time, used lots of mats and protective gear. Communication great every step of the way. Driver terrific. Only complaint is that they disassembled all of our tables/chairs/furniture, which didn’t seem necessary and led to some damage when being reassembled.

Insurance/claim process: 3 stars. Multiple items damaged/missing. The claim process felt unnecessarily drawn out and unfair, initially offered a lowball “appearance bonus” for damaged chairs, refused to repair or pay remotely close to replacement cost. Claims for our missing items initially “respectfully denied” because 'all items signed as received.' With a team of movers moving hundreds of items in and out of different rooms/locations, it wasn't reasonable to expect that we would identify missing items on moving day when we signed as receiving all items, and the movers had listed items broadly on our inventory (many as “miscellaneous garage tools” rather than naming them). We settled for less to get the claim process over with, but it still took months to get a check which really soured an otherwise pretty good experience. Angie was responsive and helped resolve all of our issues, but still we didn’t receive our claim check until SIX MONTHS after our move despite settling months earlier. Unacceptable and highly unusual experience given the other positive elements of our move with A-Mrazek.
