A one van lines was the choice i picked to move, because of their reputation and professionalism. They were very careful with my furnitures and items and were very punctual wit their service. Joseph and Mark were very kind, honest and supportive throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I used them to move my stuff from the bronx to Colorado. My first time using a moving company to move across the US. All other companies offered crazy prices for the same service. They were professional and kept communicating with me every step of the way. All my furniture was received in good condition and built in Colorado correctly, carefully, and professionally. They also had the best price in town! I would recommend!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. By no means hire this company if you want your stuff to be intact and handled with care. I recently made the terrible mistake of hiring this company to move me from new York to Virginia. My sales rep was Lou miller and he completely lied to me about the price of the move and the guaranteed arrival date. I told Lou the items I was moving and was quoted a price of 1200 and before anything was even put on the truck the price was now all of a sudden 1600 some how after the truck was loaded I was now going to be charged 3300 to move my stuff. They use tactics like this to lure you in if it sounds too good to be true it is. I was also guarenteed to receive items on the first which did not happen. When my stuff finally arrived several items were broken and water damaged. When I called to make a complaint I spoke with a man by the name of Eric who tried to make it sound like it could have possibly been my fault for the damage to myitems. One of the chairs from my dining room set had its leg broken off by the company and Eric had the nerve to ask me if it was still usable as though this is an acceptable situation. A bench of mine was also broken as well as some plates and a dresser along with the water damaged stuff as well. Eric did nothing to help me except pass the call off to someone else who had to speak with a higher up who then had to speak to someone else and so on. They do not help with compensating for your damaged items they just try to keep passing you along with empty promises until you get frustrates enough to give up. On top of all of this the actual movers are nothing short of unprofessional I was harassed for a tip several times by them. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. BE VERY CAREFUL AND DO NOT TRUST THEM
