I couldn't have asked for a better experience!! It was a smooth process from the initial estimate call to moving day! The office was very clear with what to expect the day of the move and let me know exactly when to expect the crew to arrive. The crew was on time and ready to work from the moment they arrived. They handled all of my belongings with great care and helped me set up/ put the furniture back together when arriving at my new place. They were communicative about the whole process. It was the easiest/ fastest move I have ever had. I will definitely be using A Perfect Move again in the future and will recommend this company to anyone who is looking to make their move a lot easier!

Note I wrote to A Perfect Move - on behalf of my mom and sister, we wanted to let you know the great job your crew did with our move last Friday. The crew was very pleasant to work with and did a great job. They were so courteous and efficient! The move couldn't have gone smoother.

The office administrators are great and tried to accommodate my wishes to move on a specific date with short notice. However, as a result, they overbooked the crew and were unable to complete the move on that day. They did move the essentials and offered to come back in two days to finish with no extra transportation or gas fees. I dropped another star bc after they loaded my cube storage units, they had me sign a waiver that they are not responsible for them/ so not provide insurance on them bc they are not real wood. This would have felt better had I not found them to be scratched when I got to my destination. I feel like they had me sign it after bc they forgot at first and only remembered after they scratched them while loading them in. Not a huge deal, I laid that side to the ground in the new place, but it felt disingenuous.
