A Smooth Move Mason Ohio

This was my second time using Smooth Move. Both experiences were great. Tony was amazing to work with was very informative. I will definitely use them on my next move.

We used Smooth Move today for our move from our 2 bed condo into a 4 bed single family home. We had 4 guys for our move and the plan was mostly for them to move already packed boxes and furniture only in their truck, we didn’t use them for packing or unpacking services although they do offer those as well.
Dominic was the lead guy and so personable but all of them were fantastic, I think we had Wes and Alex as well (I can’t remember the 4th guy’s name, I’m sorry!) They were kind, professional and took care to not damage our items and be quick. All 4 of our movers were by far the most professional movers we’ve ever hired.

It took just over an hour to load up our things and then about 1.5 hours to unload plus travel time it was right around 3 hours and they were moving quickly the whole time plus our condo was up a flight of stairs and the house has a basement and upper floor so it was very physically demanding work today.
They brought everything to keep things safe and secure: pads, Saran Wrap, tape, dollys as well as the truck. Not one thing was damaged. We do not plan to move again for a very long time but I will be sure to pass their name along to anyone who needs a mover.

Experience was as smooth as their name! It was so easy and direct to have Tony speak and schedule everything on the first call. His team; Dominic other crew members were really good. Handled everything with care and were quick. Thankyou for your service. We appreciate you. ?

Tony and his crew were punctual, quick and efficient, and very polite. They quickly wrapped up all my things and once in the storage unit, made sure I was okay with the way everything was set up. I'm glad I took a chance on them and would totally use this company next time I move.
