This was our second whole house move using A to Z. The first was 10 years ago. This company is wonderful. The owner is attentive, and professional. The office staff are friendly, and the crews of guys doing the physical move are incredible. Hardest working people I've ever seen. Everyone at this organization really seems to enjoy their jobs, and they truly care about making their customers happy. Highly recommend!

I originally asked them to move all the big stuff, but they went above and beyond by taking extra boxes since they had room in the truck. They even moved other things around for me without hesitation, and they were always patient and accommodating when I asked for help with last-minute tasks.

I have been having an ongoing dispute with A to Z based in West Springfield, over the significant amount of my belongings that left my previous residence but never arrived at my new home. The strategies of the company toward me have been to deny, accuse and insult. After intervention by the Better Business Bureau, the Vermont Attorney General's office, and the Bennington Vermont Police Department have all failed to resolve the issues, I am taking the matter to small claims in both Vermont and Massachusetts. I would not recommend this company to move anything anywhere. and I will continue to pursue all avenues: commerce, professional integrity, insurance, and the law to recovers my belongings or receive fair compensation for the loss.
