A Wise Move did a fantastic job moving me into my new home!

I’ve been using Dave and his crew for years for personal moves as well as receiving and delivery for my business. Always professional and careful. They packed and moved my parents whole house last year. Everything was so carefully packed and methodically labeled. It made the whole process easy and painless.

The day they were supposed to move some of my furniture and boxes into storage, instead of 5 movers, there was 1 guy in charge and 2 high school kids that were totally untrained. I called Dave to complain. He said more movers would be coming to help. They ran out of supplies to secure the furniture and used MY packing tape, putting it on wood furniture, which damaged the finish when removed. Dave had told me they would put blankets on the items and leave them on while in storage. They did not do this, stacking furniture on top of furniture in storage with no protection.

After a few hours 2 movers from Moving On came to help out. They were amazing. They speeded up the process and showed the Wise Move movers what to do and how to do it.

After the horrible experience with A Wise Move, I hired Moving On for the actual move to North Carolina and they did an awesome job.

I took pictures of the damages as furniture was moved out of storage and sent this to Dave at A Wise Move. He said I needed to have them repaired and send him a bill showing the repairs had been done. When I sent the bill to him he completely ignored it. When I called him to ask about it he said it had been too long and he had no proof the repairs had been done so he couldn’t do anything. Then he hung up on me.

DO NOT use A Wise Move. They are awful!!!
