Would NEVER use them again. Destroyed valuables and took OUR own hand truck. Have offered to resolve our issues and we get no response back. They were HORRIBLE. Stay away from them and save yourself the headache and them “ghosting” you. Terrible company with terrible owners.

Destroyed multiple items and now have been trying to have someone call us back for a month, regarding reimbursement. Looks like we need to go the route of hiring an attorney and take them court because we are out of state now; which only fuels our anger and makes the reimbursement amount go up, because we won’t be responsible for attorney fees, filing fees and court fees they will

It’s more like 2 woman, a rental truck and day laborers, stir clear and run away! When I saw my heavy beach cruiser bicycle at the very tippy-top, on top of everything in one of the trucks... I knew our stuff was in trouble.

Awwfull they never showed up to move me to Baltimore after we set a time and a date plus called me the night before to confirm the move

I had an appointment for a move from Richmond, Va to Baltimore, MD, I waited for them on the day of the move and no one showed up, I called several times and got no response. I had to rent my own truck find someone to drive it and move my things the next day. The office person even called me to confirm my move and they didn't show up. I would not recommend this unprofessional company to anyone.
