A Woman's Touch Moving

I reached out to this company on July 13th for a move on August 3rd. We confirmed the date and they emailed me a confirmation. Then they sent me a text today (August 2nd) saying they didn’t “have the manpower” for my move. Highly unprofessional and unnecessarily stressful. I had to scramble the day before a move to find new movers. Don’t trust them with your move.

I'm a local Realtor who has used them for 2 moves, one in 2013. Another in 2018. Also I have had them for my mom's move in 2020 from Midlothian out of storage to West of Richmond to Palmyra. In 2020, also my brother and his wife moved from Lakeside to near Ashland and we're very pleased. I recommend them to my clients too. I appreciate supporting this business and have been always pleased and they are accommodating even in short notice! Thank you Lisa & team!!!

THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. They did not answer calls. They did not answer emails. They did not answer Facebook messages. The next day they were blatantly IGNORING my phone calls, sending them to voicemail. They still haven’t reached out to apologize. Do not trust this company to move you.

These guys are the best ever! Seriously. They are very professional and have an uncommonly light touch when moving and packing your stuff. Very patient and understanding. The pricing was surprising as well. Very affordable at least in my experience. I highly recommend!
