A-Z Premier Service A to Z

On 4/20/22, I hired A-Z Premier Service to move my furniture. Prior to moving day, I spoke with Tommy Kang, the owner, directly and was given a very reasonable quote. He assured me they were licensed and responded to all of my questions timely. My experience until that point was relatively professional until the day of the move when Tommy arrived reeking of alcohol. He admitted that he had a 'rough night' and complained incessantly that he was tired. He also commented a few times that he should have charged me more. It was extremely uncomfortable but I tried to make light of the situation. You get what you paid for, I reminded myself. After Tommy and the movers left, my partner and I unwrapped the tv and noticed the tv was severely damaged. I contacted Tommy immediately to make him aware of the issue and was hopeful that he would agree to an amicable solution. I explained that I understood that it is common practice for furniture to be damaged in the moving industry and was willing to compromise. Tommy claimed that he is not liable because they did not wrap the television. It should be noted, that my partner securely wrapped the television in a moving blanket and Tommy did not question or have a problem with it during the move. Tommy insinuated that the tv was broken before the move and was adamant there was no way the tv could have been damaged during the move nor the 40-minute commute to my new place. He took personal offense and refused to be reasonable or take any responsibility for an issue that could have been easily resolved. I never write bad reviews online; however, I wanted to share my disappointing experience. I would have gladly paid more for better service and would caution anyone to do business with A-Z Premier Service.

The guys did a splendid job of packing and unpacking of all high value items without any problems and damages. The cost was just perfect. I will definitely recommend them to anyone.
