They can't even be bothered to have staff of any kind on site and won't answer their phone. They probably inherited the business from their parents, that's the only way to explain their lack of ability to run a business in even simplest capacity. I wouldn't trust them with a paper route. Nice picture though.

I'm so grateful I found this place! I had the logistical challenge of closed borders while trying to relocate from NYC to Vancouver, BC. It made more sense to store my stuff on the US side until things open up again. I called and spoke with Joe. He was infinitely helpful, answering all my questions. Their customer service is above and beyond. Joe even took great care during COVID to make the paperwork and signing up steps upon arrival safe and seamless. This is the place to store your stuff if needed - highly recommended!

Excellent customer service from Karr, called and spoke with her about a storage unit for my husband and I. She got in touch with me as soon as a unit for us came available and was very thorough and professional. We have lived in the Blaine area for over 12 years and had not needed a storage unit until recently and she made this process so smooth. Outlined the paperwork we were to fill out and went over each item and all pricing (which was very fair for the location and convenience to our home). Initially thought we would go farther into town for a storage unit but due to her service we were very pleased. We will definitely recommend this business anytime!
