THE BIGGEST SCAMMERS. Stay away from this company. They will hold your stuff hostage and demand thousands of dollars. Be aware, these people are scammers.
Eric and Trevor were the movers and they were great! They were very careful with my items and helped me load up the items even though I didn't have a ramp. They helped me to unload the items into the designated rooms and were super polite. I would highly recommend having them as your movers. The only issue that I had with the company is that they didn't communicate well. I asked questions via text but have to wait for a long time before anyone would confirm or provide more information. I booked through u-haul and I wish the company can be more responsive. I had a great experience with the movers and they didn't extend the time by too much so I was very happy.
This place cheated my mother out of her deposit. My parents had a cross country move planned and this company no called, no showed on the day of. Now their entire house is packed and they are scrambling to find a moving service. DO NOT USE
WORST company ever. Do not use this company. They were 3 hours late and then kept extending the job extra hours because they were dragging. They dinged several walls and then dropped my washer off the truck ramp. When I called about it, the owner called me a scam artist. I'd give them 0 stars if possible. Luckily I hired them through Movehelp.com and have opened a dispute. I had good luck with MoveHelp in the past.
This company deserves negative stars. I wish I had checked Google reviews before hiring this company via U-haul. This company is the most unprofessional business experience I have ever had in my life. Brian may be one of the worst humans ever.
Long story short, I booked them on May 30 for a 2 hour move on June 13 to start at 12 PM. Brian personally confirmed the date and time via text. On June 13 at 12:22 they had not shown up so I texted Brian asking where they were. He told me they were on another job and that the timeframe is typically 1-4 PM. If that was the fact, why did he confirm 12 PM.
Jump to 3:42 PM they still had not arrived. I message him and waited for him to reply but after more than 10 mins without a response I decided to cancel because my day was already shot. See text message thread with timestamps. When I stated to cancel it at 3:56PM he simply replied with a link. No apology or anything. Now that I have raised a case to get my money back he is trying to dispute the no-show and stating I cancelled. It is not a cancellation if I expected movers at 12PM, was then told 1-4 PM and 4 minutes to 4PM no one had shown up.
Also, this was booked via U-haul and they are of no assistance, when I told they told me to chat in about it. Note his rant about U-haul, why are they recommending this business.
