Review:
If I could give O stars I would. This is the most unprofessional company I have used. The day of my move I receive a call and text from another moving company saying that Brian from A1 couldn’t make it and referred him to us. This was very surprising because Brian from A1 had texted to confirm the moving date and instructions the night before. Well apparently Brian couldn’t make it and didn’t have the decency to answer my calls or texts. So I was forced to use the other moving company which was more pricey than what Brian from A1 quoted me. It is now 11 am and my move was scheduled at 12 and Brian hasn’t even reached out to me . I posted texts for proof. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY! It will only add more stress to an already stressful moving process.
