If there is less than zero i would give them ,, they are late to deliver ,, damaged staff,, missing lots of boxes,, and rude on phone ,, as soon as they catch you and you pay they will start to be rude and hang out phone on you ,, and when you tell them inventory and when they come to pick up they will charge you more ,, please be aware

Poor communication, and some of my stuff was damaged during the move. The initial quote they gave me was also inaccurate by over $1000 dollars. When picking up I could pay with a check, but on drop-off--which I didn't get a call about until the day of--they wanted cash only. We had to run out and get cash right when they came. A lot of annoyances added up quickly.
