The worst customer service ever! A representative from this company verbally attacked me, not once but twice! I faced disheartening discrimination and I am appalled that no one has bothered to contact me in regards to my complaint. This man told me that the problem with Jamaicans is that we do not listen and we are a disgrace to the world. When will the hate stop. Why do you feel as though you can speak to anyone and say whatever comes to your mind with no consequences? What kind of business are you running? What is this level of discrimination and racism! You have immigrants working for you, yet you have workers who speak so poorly to a person trying to give YOUR company money. fyi, my money is just as green as yours. You people are pathetic.
