If it was Just the movers and their work, this would be 10 stars. The three guys did an amazing job. Took down and rebuilt furniture. Moved lots of large furniture up three flights of steps. Even took the time out to help a neighbor of mine in need. Fantastic work.
The low rating is due to the management/back office.

Fair warning, if your job is estimated for 6 hours you'll be charged for the full 6 hours, EVEN IF the job took 2.5 hours.
Their email address isn't a real email address, and no one ever picks up the phone.

Through chat, we were promised a refund/reworking of invoice, and none of that has happened. Its been about 3 weeks since the move, and no one has contacted us to fix this in 2 weeks.

Highly disappointed.

They were absolutely amazing. It was a long distance move for our parents and they were truly incredible. We highly recommend!

The movers were wonderful. BUT we had a billing dispute with the company and they have been nearly impossible to get ahold of or get a straight answer out of. The phone number and email address suddenly stopped working. We get promises that things are being taken care of but no results. Deeply disappointing.
