We have been using them for 11 years now so I can say we know the place. There was another storage place next to them and they purchased it and it became one large unit. We’ve been there a long time and we haven’t been ripped off. Our stuff does get dusty inside there though. They lost the star for that one it’s not sealed up enough. They lost one other star because of the automatic insurance charge that they do to customers now. If you don’t have renters insurance, they’re going to charge you renters insurance for your unit. They should just include in the price of the rental. I already have rentals insurance so They don’t charge me for it. I provide a copy. Overall, it’s a very clean place and they treat you nice when you call so. No complaints there.
