AAA Camano Heated Storage

Exit gate in operable, forcing my moving truck into a very, very tight position trying to access the property. Also, I signed up on one of your online discount offers for my unit and you have overcharged me the non-discount rate even though I signed up and was confirmed at the discounted rate for this unit causing me to have to come in and get everything squared away again. I’ve only been with you for a short period of time and there’s already been to mishaps that cause time and stress. Also, I would have expected that the door to my unit would have been cleaned and free of debris and excessive cobwebs upon move-in knowing that I had already pre-booked and prepaid for the unit, but I had to take care of that on my own. I will be making the trip back to the unit tomorrow to get the billing situation squared away

Haven't stored long-term yet but writing to say the welcome is great. Gave me a tour to pick the right size unit as far from entry as I'd like, full of info, place is open 'til late, I'm pretty happy with the experience.
