Great service, great price, clean facility

They are nice, but I put in my 30 days to leave because I no longer needed a storage room. (We have to give 30 day notice, it’s in our lease) but to my surprise I get an email on 4/30 telling me that my rent due has been raised by $18 so now it’s $90, that I do not have, and is due tomorrow…. That is not good for business, you need to give the people 30 day notice that your changing the price instead of 1 day. I know I’m not going to pay it, since I put my 30 days in and cleared out my unit.

I like the facility location and accessibility BUT, my husband and I rented our storage unit a year ago and our bill was $250 dollars a month...Here we are a year later and our bill, for the exact same unit has jumped to a whopping $512 dollars a month!
WHAT THE LITERAL HELL?!?!
Can someone please explain to me how in the course of a year, with no new services added, no improvements to the facility done, and no extra space added to what we use, your company has the audacity to raise the bill that much?!
That is total garbage and bad business!!!
I am extremely upset about this.
