Exceptional service, very accommodating! From scheduling to the actual moving, couldn't ask for a better service.

From my initial phone call to get a quote, they were professional and upfront with everything. The movers arrived within the specified time frame, handled my property with care and got the move done within the estimated price quote. I've moved a number of times over the years and I am very happy with AAA Insta-Move!!! I'll be calling them again when it's time for me to move again.

The 3 men took a long time to start working. So I was on the clock at least 15 minutes before they started to work. One member of the team was very rude to me and my family. A piece of my furniture (dresser) was damaged because one guy lost a screw and replaced it with the wrong size, resulting in the front being damaged. To make a claim was difficult for me as I was required to get claim form signed by notary. We really don't venture outside our house unless absolutely necessary given the Covid 19 situation. There was also a deadline to make a claim, so I was not able to do so. Scott and the one other guy was professional. The third one, needs to learn customer service.

AMAZING! Absolutely amazing. They arrived on time, took great care of my belongings, and worked their behinds off to quick and professional. Really made moving pleasant! Highly recommend this company!

They are the best moving company in Florida by far. The office staff and owner are truly honest and treat there customers with great respect. Call them for ur next move u won't be disappointed .
